INGREDIENTS:

1 pc
focaccia
60 g
Mastro® Genoa Salami, thinly sliced
45 g
Provolone cheese, thinly sliced
11/2 tsp
Mastro® Olive Oil
30 g
arugula
4 drops
Balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Split focaccia horizontally.
  2. Brush olive oil on each inside piece.
  3. Arrange Provolone cheese, arugula and Genoa Salami on bottom half. Cap with the top half and enjoy.
Tips: Substitute Genoa Salami for Hot Genoa Salami. An Italian bread roll can be used in place of focaccia bread.
