INGREDIENTS:

30 g
Mastro® Calabrese Salami
30 g
Mastro® Prosciutto Cotto
30 g
Mastro® Capocollo
30 g
Fontina cheese
85 g
mixed greens
85 g
Roma tomatoes
1/4 cup
Balsamic vinaigrette

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut all the meat and cheese into 2” julienne.
  2. Arrange mixed greens in a deep plate.
  3. Arrange meat and cheese attractively over the greens.
  4. Cut tomato into wedges and intersperse among meats.
  5. Serve Balsamic vinaigrette on side or pour over salad to serve.
Tips: Fontina cheese can be replaced with other mild cheese such as Swiss, Provolone or Asiago. Italian, Ranch or Thousand Island dressing can be used in place of Balsamic vinaigrette.
