focaccia loaf
1 cup
baby arugula
8 slices
Mozzarella cheese
12 slices
Deli Naturally!™ San Daniele Prosciutto
12
basil leaves, very thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut the focaccia in half through the centre, then into 4 portions. Divide the arugula, Mozzarella, Prosciutto and basil evenly among the bottom halves; cap with top focaccia halves.

Tip: For added moisture, finish off with a drizzle of olive oil to taste.
