Prosciutto Salad Rolls

green beans, trimmed and blanched
San Daniele® Prosciutto
white wine vinegar
Mastro® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients together until well combined. Toss half of the vinaigrette with the green beans.
- Toss the kale with the remaining dressing. Place a couple leaves of kale at one end of a slice of Prosciutto and top with a few green beans. Tightly roll to enclose vegetables. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
