INGREDIENTS:

Rolls
250 g
green beans, trimmed and blanched
2 cups
baby kale
125 g
San Daniele® Prosciutto
Vinaigrette
2 tbsp
lemon juice
2 tbsp
white wine vinegar
1 tbsp
honey
1 tsp
lemon zest
1 tsp
Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/4 cup
Mastro® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients together until well combined. Toss half of the vinaigrette with the green beans.
  2. Toss the kale with the remaining dressing. Place a couple leaves of kale at one end of a slice of Prosciutto and top with a few green beans. Tightly roll to enclose vegetables. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
