Prosciutto-Wrapped-Gnocchi

INGREDIENTS:

500 g
Mastro® Potato Gnocchi
125 g
San Daniele® Prosciutto
1 tbsp
Mastro® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup
prepared pesto
1/2 cup
prepared marinara sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package directions in boiling salted water. Drain and lightly pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large, non-stick pan over medium heat. Carefully place gnocchi in the heated pan, and sauté until golden and slightly crispy.
  3. Cut each slice of Prosciutto in 1 cm wide strips. Roll gnocchi with a strip of Prosciutto and skewer with a toothpick to serve.
  4. Serve with marinara and pesto for dipping.
