Smoked Prosciutto & Gorgonzola Panini

San Daniele® Smoked Prosciutto, thinly sliced
pear (approx.), sliced into 6 pieces
Igor Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
walnut pieces (optional)
Drizzle of honey
Drizzle of Mastro® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Split bun in half lengthwise.
- Layer smoked Prosciutto and pear on bottom half of bun. Sprinkle Gorgonzola and walnuts on top and lightly drizzle with honey. Top with other half of bun.
- Brush outside of bun with olive oil.
- Press in Panini grill until lightly browned.
- Close Panini, cut in half and serve.
