INGREDIENTS:

crusty bun
40 g
San Daniele® Smoked Prosciutto, thinly sliced
1/2
pear (approx.), sliced into 6 pieces
2 tbsp
Igor Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp
walnut pieces (optional)
Drizzle of honey
Drizzle of Mastro® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Split bun in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer smoked Prosciutto and pear on bottom half of bun. Sprinkle Gorgonzola and walnuts on top and lightly drizzle with honey. Top with other half of bun.
  3. Brush outside of bun with olive oil.
  4. Press in Panini grill until lightly browned.
  5. Close Panini, cut in half and serve.
