INGREDIENTS:

700 g
prepared pizza dough
1/2 cup
pizza sauce
125 g
Bufala Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/2 cup
goat cheese, crumbled
8 slices
Mastro® Sopressata Salami
1 cup
baby arugula

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Stretch the pizza dough to cover a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Spread the sauce over the dough, arrange the Bufala Mozzarella on top and sprinkle with goat cheese.
  3. Bake, on the lowest rack, for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden around the edges. Remove pizza from oven and immediately top with the Sopressata Salami, then arugula.
