INGREDIENTS:

French baguette
1/2 cup
Mastro® Olive Oil
6
cloves garlic, peeled
250 g
Mastro® Sopressata Salami
70 g
Parmesan shavings

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Slice the French baguette 1 cm thick, and with a pastry brush apply the olive oil.
  2. Toast the slices in the oven at 350F until crispy.
  3. Rub on the garlic for a fresh garlic flavour.
  4. Place a Sopressata slice on each piece and garnish with a Parmesan shaving.
