Poires enrobées de prosciutto fumé au miel et au fromage de chèvre

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 poires Bosc dont on a retiré le cœur
  • 1/2 tasse (125 ml) de fromage de chèvre
  • 1 c. à thé (5 ml) de thym frais finement haché
  • 1 pincée de poivre
  • 1 paquet (125 g) de Prosciutto fumé San DanieleMD
  • 1 c. à table (15 ml) de miel

Directions

  • Couper les poires en quarts dans le sens de la longueur; recouper chaque quart en deux afin d'obtenir 16 morceaux. Réserver.
  • Mélanger le fromage de chèvre, le jus de citron, le thym et le poivre; répartir ce mélange uniformément sur les côtés de chaque morceau de poire.
  • Couper chaque tranche de prosciutto en deux dans le sens de la largeur. Envelopper chaque morceau de poire avec du prosciutto; maintenir à l'aide de cure-dents. Arroser de miel.
  • Astuce : pour plus de saveurs et de couleurs, ajouter quelques feuilles de roquette aux poires avant de les envelopper de prosciutto.
