Rôties au prosciutto cotto Mastro et pesto

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 emballage de prosciutto cotto Mastro
  • 4 tranches (1/2 po d’épaisseur) de pain au levain croûté
  • 8 tranches de provolone
  • 1/2 tasse de noix de pin (grillées)
  • 1/2 tasse de pesto au basilic (frais)
  • Feuilles de basilic frais pour la garniture

Directions

  • Préchauffer le four à 400 degrés.
  • Placer les tranches de pain au levain sur une plaque à pâtisserie et les faire cuire jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient grillées.
  • Retirer la plaque du four et régler le four à « griller ».
  • Ajouter du provolone et du prosciutto cotto MastroMD sur le pain au levain.
  • Remettre la plaque dans le four jusqu’à ce que le fromage ait fondu.
  • Retirer la plaque du four et ajouter le pesto au basilic.
  • Garnir avec des noix de pin grillées et des feuilles de basilic frais.
