Mastro® Sandwich muffuletta

INGREDIENTS

  • Charcuterie-trio-saveurs-litalienne
  • 100 g Salami de Gênes, doux
  • 100 g de mozzarella fraîche
  • 1 tasse d'olives farcies pimento en tranches
  • 1 tasse de giardiniera égouttée et hachée
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de câpres drainés
  • 1/2 tasse d'olives de Kalamata tranchées
  • 2 1/2 cuillères à café d'ail haché
  • 1 cuillère à soupe d'échalote hachée
  • 1 cuillère à café d'origan séché
  • 1 cuillère à café de persil séché, pincée de thym séché et pincée de poivre rouge broyé
  • 1/2 tasse d'huile d'olive vierge Mastro
  • 1 grand pain italien semé de pain
  • 100 g de fromage provolone tranché

Directions

  • Dans un bol moyen, mélanger les olives farcies au pimento, la giardiniera, les câpres et leurs liquides, puis ajouter les olives kalamata, l'ail, l'échalote, l'origan, le persil, le thym et le poivre rouge écrasé
  • Incorporer l'huile d'olive jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bien combinée, puis laisser reposer le mélange pendant 1 heure avant l'utilisation.
  • Couper le pain italien, puis étaler la salade d'olives des deux côtés du pain en l'étalant uniformément.
  • Disposer des tranches de mozzarella sur la moitié inférieure du pain, suivi de Mastro Gênes salami, Mortadella et Capocollo.
  • Placer le fromage provolone sur la moitié supérieure du pain, en s'assurant qu'il couvre complètement la salade d'olive
  • Fermez soigneusement le sandwich et enveloppez-le fermement dans du plastique, et laissez le sandwich enveloppé reposer pendant 30 minutes à 2 heures.
  • When ready to serve, cut the sandwich into 8 pieces and serve with pepperoncini on the side, then enjoy!
