Planche de charcuterie à inspiration automnale

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 carotte tranchée en diagonale
  • 1 panais tranché en diagonale
  • 1/2 petite courge musquée coupée en morceaux de 2 pouces (5 cm)
  • 2 tasses (500 ml) de choux de Bruxelles coupés en deux
  • 2 c. à table (30 ml) d’huile d’olive
  • 1 c. à table (15 ml) de sirop d’érable
  • 1 gousse d’ail hachée
  • 1/4 c. à thé (1 ml) de sel et de poivre
  • Une pincée de cannelle, de quatre-épices, de muscade et de poivre de Cayenne moulus
  • 1 emballage (150 g) de MastroMDet San DanieleMDCharcuterie Trio, Saveurs Méditerranéenness coupé
  • 1 poire sans cœur et tranchée
  • 1/3 tasse (75 ml) de noisettes et de graines de citrouille
  • 1/3 tasse (75 ml) de beurre de pomme
  • 1/3 tasse (75 ml) de sauce de canneberges
  • 5 oz (150 g) de fromage bleu
  • 5 oz (150 g) de fromage brie
  • 5 oz (150 g) de fromage parmesan
  • 24 tranches de baguette grillées
  • 1 emballage (150 g) de craquelins aux noix et graines

Directions

  • Préchauffer le four à 425 °F (220 °C). Mélanger la carotte, le panais, la courge, les choux de Bruxelles, l’huile, le sirop d’érable, l’ail, le sel, le poivre, la cannelle, les quatre-épices, la muscade et le poivre de Cayenne. Disposer en une seule couche sur une plaque à pâtisserie tapissée de papier parchemin. Faire cuire pendant 20 à 25 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que le tout soit doré et tendre.
  • Étaler les légumes rôtis sur une planche de service accompagnés des charcuteries, de la poire, des noisettes, des graines de citrouille, du beurre de pommes, de la sauce aux canneberges, du fromage bleu, du fromage brie, du fromage parmesan, des tranches de baguette grillées et des craquelins.
  • Conseil: On peut remplacer les noisettes par des pacanes ou des amandes.

Ingredients
1 container of pre-packaged crescent rolls
1 package (125 g) Mastro Prosciutto Cotto
16 thin slices of white cheddar cheese

Directions
1. Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees and take out an ungreased baking sheet.
2. Separate dough into triangles and place 1 piece of prosciutto cotto on each piece of dough
3. Place 2 strips of cheddar cheese down the center of the prosciutto cotto.
4. Roll up each piece of dough, from the wide end to skinny end of the triangle
5. Place on baking sheet with a bit of room between each crescent for it to expand
6. Bake 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

Tip: Swap your cheese for a Swiss or Brie for added flavour!
