Directions

  1. Cut the tops off the baby bell peppers and remove all of the seeds
  2. Dice the Mastro® Genoa Salami Chub into ½” cubes
  3. In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, chopped pecans and Mastro® Genoa Salami Chub
  4. Fill the baby bell peppers with the blue cheese and salami mixture
  5. Place upwards on a serving tray
  6. Tip: To ensure all the baby bell peppers stand, slice a flat bottom
