Mastro® Genoa Salami Blue Cheese and Pecan Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- 1Mastro® Genoa Salami Chub
- 1 cup Blue Cheese
- ¼ cup chopped Pecans
- 16 baby Bell Peppers
Directions
- Cut the tops off the baby bell peppers and remove all of the seeds
- Dice the Mastro® Genoa Salami Chub into ½” cubes
- In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, chopped pecans and Mastro® Genoa Salami Chub
- Fill the baby bell peppers with the blue cheese and salami mixture
- Place upwards on a serving tray
- Tip: To ensure all the baby bell peppers stand, slice a flat bottom
