Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F
  2. Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. If required, cut your Mastro® Genoa Salami into thin slices.
  4. Place your favourite sliced salami in a single layer on baking sheet
  5. Bake until crisp, 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Tip: Add a garlic or chipotle aioli for added flavour and heat!
