Sopressata Polenta Canapes

Sopressata Polenta Canapes

The robust taste of Sopressata pairs perfectly with the corn flavour of polenta to create a unique and delicious appetizer.


  • 1 Package (125 g) Mastro Sopressata Salami
  • ½ cup Baby Arugula (fresh)
  • 1 Ready-made Polenta roll cut into ½” slices
  • 1 package of Goat Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Slice the polenta roll into ½” inch slices
  3. Brush both sides of the polenta rounds with olive oil and place them on a greased non-stick baking sheet
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly browned
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool
  6. Once the rounds have cooled, top with goat cheese, Mastro® Sopressata and fresh baby arugula
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and a touch a fresh ground pepper
