Sopressata Polenta Canapes
The robust taste of Sopressata pairs perfectly with the corn flavour of polenta to create a unique and delicious appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 Package (125 g) Mastro Sopressata Salami
- ½ cup Baby Arugula (fresh)
- 1 Ready-made Polenta roll cut into ½” slices
- 1 package of Goat Cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Slice the polenta roll into ½” inch slices
- Brush both sides of the polenta rounds with olive oil and place them on a greased non-stick baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly browned
- Remove from oven and allow to cool
- Once the rounds have cooled, top with goat cheese, Mastro® Sopressata and fresh baby arugula
- Drizzle with olive oil and a touch a fresh ground pepper
