Cheese Curd Poutine with Capocollo or Prosciutto Cotto
Feed a hungry gang fast with this easy-to-prepare appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (1 lb) frozen French fries, cooked
- 2 cups (500 mL) prepared gravy
- 2 cups (500 mL) fresh cheese curds
- 1 pkg (125 g) Mastro® Capocollo or Prosciutto Cotto, chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh chives
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Arrange fries in large baking dish; top with gravy, cheese curds and capocollo.
- Broil for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and gooey. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
- Tip: Substitute shredded mozzarella cheese for cheese curds if desired.
