Red & White Festive Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (125 g) Mastro® Sopressata Salami
- 16 chunks watermelon
- 16 cubes feta cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) prepared balsamic reduction
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) thinly sliced fresh mint or torn basil leaves
Directions
- Weave slice of salami onto cocktail pick. Add watermelon chunk and feta cheese cube.
- Arrange on serving platter; drizzle with balsamic reduction. Sprinkle with mint.
- Tip: Skewers can be prepared up to 1 day in advance if desired.
