Sopressata Polenta Canapes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Package (125 g) Mastro Sopressata Salami
  • ½ cup Baby Arugula (fresh)
  • 1 Ready-made Polenta roll cut into ½” slices
  • 1 package of Goat Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Slice the polenta roll into ½” inch slices
  • Brush both sides of the polenta rounds with olive oil and place them on a greased non-stick baking sheet
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly browned
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool
  • Once the rounds have cooled, top with goat cheese, Mastro® Sopressata and fresh baby arugula
  • Drizzle with olive oil and a touch a fresh ground pepper
